Business meetings at the Forum venue

Networking is a service for scheduling business meetings, finding and establishing targeted business contacts.

The Networking team will assist with matching participants, as well as with coordinating and booking meetings. Participation in networking sessions at the Forum venue is free of charge, with access by advance registration.

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

Business-to-business (B2B) meetings with pre-arranged partner matching

The Networking team will identify partners that fit your criteria and organize a meeting for a substantive discussion.

Each participant may submit one request for a selection of up to three partners.

Number of participants per session: 2 – 4

Duration of each session: 25 – 55 minutes

How do I schedule a meeting?

Log in to your Roscongress personal account, open the “My Events” section, select “Networking Service”, and complete the registration form via the link provided.

Group networking sessions

Group networking sessions offer an opportunity to meet with representatives of companies that supply goods and services to the tourism industry and with federal, regional, and international tour operators, as well as to ask questions and exchange contact details.

Speakers include:

  • Representatives of tourism organizations from Sri Lanka, Belarus, and Uganda
  • Large and regional tour operators, as well as online booking services
  • Manufacturers of modular structures and transport for the tourism industry

Number of participants per session: up to 40 people

Duration of a single session: 1 hour 30 minutes

10 June: 15:00–18:30
11 June: 14:00–18:00
12 June: 10:30–16:00

How do I schedule a session?
  • Log in to your  Roscongress personal account, navigate to the Networking section, and select Group Sessions.
  • Browse the available sessions and select your desired category:
    • Russian suppliers of goods and services for the tourism industry
    • Representatives of foreign tourism organizations
    • Russian tour operators
    • Regional tour operators in Russia
  • Fill in your details in the registration window and select a convenient time.
  • Save the form.
  • After registering, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided in your Roscongress personal account.

Business-to-business (B2B) meetings scheduled via the Day planner.

Browse the list of participants in your Roscongress personal account and send meeting requests to prospective partners via the Day planner. If a request remains unanswered, the Networking service team will contact the invited party to assist with coordinating the meeting.

Participants may book up to two time slots per day, subject to availability.

How do I schedule a meeting?
  • Log in to your Roscongress personal account or the Roscongress mobile app and open the Day planner.
  • Click the “Create Event” button.
  • Select “Meeting” as the event type and choose “The International Tourism Forum ‘Let’s Travel!’”.
  • Complete the required information and select the meeting participant through searching by first name, surname and patronymic. The invited party will see the proposed meeting in their personal web office and receive a push notification in the mobile app (provided it is in use).Only participants who consented to the publication of their details during the application process are displayed in the list.
  • If no response is received, we will contact the invited party and assist with coordinating the meeting.
  • Wait for confirmation from the other participant and arrive at the Networking Area (Pavilion 55) at the agreed time – our team will be there to welcome you.
