The Let’s Travel! International Tourism Forum, which is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, has been shortlisted for the national ‘Event of the Year’ award in the ‘Expo Event of the Year’ nomination. The award recognizes the most significant projects in the events industry.

The Forum is a key platform for the development of the tourism sector and attracts numerous participants from both Russia and other countries every year. Its primary objectives are to foster domestic and inbound tourism, improve travel accessibility and safety, and facilitate networking between government officials, business leaders, industry experts, and travellers.

New travel destinations are presented at the Forum, which also hosts business negotiations and discussions on current tourism trends. In addition, the event includes an exhibition that functions as a space for direct communication between the country’s regions, companies, and travellers and enables visitors to explore various tourism offerings and discover new travel itineraries.

Roscongress Foundation Chairman of the Board and CEO Alexander Stuglev emphasized the Forum’s systemic impact on the development of the tourism sector.

“The Let’s Travel! Forum seeks to transform the format of tourism exhibitions by bringing together all key components of the tourism and hospitality industry in a single platform. We are creating a space where the professional community can discuss strategic focuses for the industry’s development, showcase new tourism products, and forge partnerships. It is also crucial to us that the exhibition component of the Forum remain engaging and valuable not only for industry professionals, but also for the general public of travellers,” Alexander Stuglev said.

The Forum has developed a mobile guide to help visitors navigate the venue, access up-to-date schedules of festival activities, and learn about the exhibitors as well as the tourism offerings by the Forum’s participants and partners. Guests can also engage with the exhibition through an interactive quest: by completing various tasks, visitors learn about the tourism potential of different regions, discover new travel itineraries, and get an opportunity to win commemorative prizes.

The Forum organizers continue to work on enhancing the quality of its events and expanding the participation of professionals from various segments of the tourism industry. The 14th annual awards ceremony will take place on 28 March 2026.
