ACCESS TO THE VENUE

Picking up your badge

To access the business programme, please collect your badge in advance at the accreditation centre (Moscow, VDNH, Pavilion 55, Central Alleys).

Accreditation is not required for visitors to access the festival exhibition.

Please leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations

Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue.

Please carefully review the list of items prohibited on the event venue and pay attention to any exceptions.

Take your identity document (passport) with you

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET A BADGE?

In the Roscongress personal account:

Confirm participation in the Forum
Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport

Data processing takes from 1 day. If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Forum, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited.

Please note that to obtain your badge you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to the use of a simple electronic signature (SES).

WHERE AND WHEN DO I PICK UP MY BADGE?

We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at the accreditation point.

HOW TO FIND OUT IF MY BADGE IS READY?

There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

An email notification

A notification in the Roscongress personal account

A call to the Forum information centre:

A call to a Roscongress Foundation specialist whose contacts are listed in the Roscongress personal account

HOW TO RECEIVE THE BADGE?

IN PERSON

Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting:
  1. Passport (the identity document that is listed in the Roscongress personal account)
Please note

that Forum participants under 18 must present a printed consent form for the processing of personal data, signed by a legal guardian, when collecting their accreditation badges.

BY PROXY

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

  1. Passport
  2. Original standard power of attorney
    Power of attorney form Example of how to complete power of attorney form
  3. List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)
  4. Copies of participants’ passports (will be returned after badges are issued)

BADGE USAGE RULES

  • The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
  • Participants should keep their badge and identity document (passport) with them at all times while at the Forum venue.
  • If the accreditation badge is lost or damaged, a participant should go to the Help Desk or any accreditation point.
